Wirksworth is known as the Gem of the Peak District and Wirksworth's Hidden Courtyards and Gardens Weekend, which takes place on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th June, gives visitors an opportunity to explore this intriguing and quirky market town.
This year there are more than thirty gardens being opened to the public, ranging from pretty courtyards and small gems to well-established larger gardens, and several gardens are opening for the first time.
